Over the past few weeks people keep telling me that i am mean. I think they are just kidding, but really when i stop to think about it i have gotten pretty mean. I think most of it is just becoming so incredibly jaded. I no longer expect the best out of people. All day, every day, i feel like people just disappoint me. The atmosphere i am in 40 hours a week is pretty much "doom and gloom". i try to stay positive and happy, but its hard to when you are surrounded by people who are not. I think the stress of that plus other things just makes me very short with people. I dont mean to be a jerk, but i think i just come across that way. Another reason i think i come across as a mean person is because i do like to joke with people. i pretty much take nothing seriously and when im uncomfortable i make a joke. I think this scares people and people who have no sense of humor just think im being a giant ahole.
So now i am trying to be nicer to people, i really am, but some people just make it really hard. I am turning over a new leaf and just keeping my big mouth shut. It will be a new thing for me, but i think i should at least try to be more pleasant.

Is this thing on?
Ok so blogging in the latter half of the year just didnt happen. but guess what!? im back! Nothing really exciting going on, which is probably why i stop even playing with this thing.
Overall 2010 was a great year.I really lived outside my comfort zone and pushed myself to do things i never thought i would do, hello tattoo! I'm glad for the memories i made and the friends i had them with. I'm hoping 2011 will be just as good, if not better. So far im not off to the greatest start a few nagging aliments and some other things. But I feel like January always starts out like this.
Now to just make it through till the weekend and start keeping up with this blog!

Blistered feet, Skinned Knees, and Guitar Picks: A story of triumph!
what a week! Last thursday night my bestie Caitlin arrived for 6 days of craziness! She was supposed to get in around 4 but because of flight delays she got in closer to 9. On our way to logan Dan and i stopped at chipolte and got burritos, where dan got hit by a car. seriously. we were walking in and a woman was backing up and HIT HIM. hes fine, but this trip was not off to a great start. but caitlin arrived safe and sound and thats all that matters. we got home and hung out a bit and prepared for what would be a super busy weekend.
Friday was day one of Hanson. they played in Hyannis and we decided to spend the day there. we got lunch and ate it on the beach, where of course it started to rain. Once it started raining we drove around, a lot. We got ice cream @ ben & jerrys, shopped, and drove around some more! We got to the venue about an hour before doors opened and it was crappy and rainy. We hung out in the car, people watched and listened to inappropriate music for a hanson show (coughpopthatpussycough). Once doors were open we ventured in to our seats. The weather was really crappy and the usher at the show were dicks. The show its self was amazing, but the experience was less than great. We were in the 3rd row and hanson always puts on a great show. so we did have a great time. The show ended very early (1030) so we were by no means ready to go home. We were a little on the mad side that the show ended early and we were unable to take pix w/o being super paranoid about our cameras getting taken away. So what do we do? we find the closest dive bar and drink our sorrows away. We went to the 19th hole tavern and drank 3 dollar buds. We had a lot of fun here. there was another fan controlling the jukebox playing hanson songs and a few cape cod gangstahs hitting on us, and the bar tender even gave us a free beer. So the night ended on a high note. We got home after 2am, which btw is the latest ive gotten home in a good while!
Saturday will go down in history as the funnest day of my life. In the morning we dragged sleepy asses out of bed and went to plymouth. We got some lunch and then headed to Cohasset for day 2 of hanson. Due to the festivities of the previous night, i really had zero hopes for tonight. We got there early to do the walk. As we are going to get in line i see a van form my work there. i had a little mini panic attack but then tried to get myself back stage.... fail... but it was ok. i walked with isaac on the walk and talked to him and it was effing amazing. i am nothing if not shameless. After the walk we had a lot of time to kill and we had Seen Robert Schwartzman riding his bike around, so we decided we wanted to go find him. We drove around the town and had kinda given up on finding him. As we are driving around we see the rest of the band walking, so i rolled down my window so caitlin could get a pic. she thought i was going to yell, so she hid. haha. We drive a little further down the street and see another band member by himself, so i DID yell out the window. we were laughing so hard after that, i had to pull over. (hey i told u i have no shame!) After that Caitlin had a stain on her dress and i had blisters on my feet for the one mile barefoot walk so we stopped at the Mobil station down the street. We sat in the car for a bit and tried to make ourselves human again for a few mins when all of then sudden Robbert is walking by with his bike! we grab our camera and walk over to him, introduce ourselves and get a picture. He was very nice and actually had a real conversation with us. At this point we had a few more hours to kill then the show. we got to the show and had 2nd row seats. At this point i thought the night could NOT get any better. But it did! while isaac was sing we made eye contact more than once. it was amazing. Singing a minute without you while looking into isaac hansons eyes while he is smiling was the best feeling in the world. And at that moment i thought nothing could make this night better. Pure bliss. THEN at the end of the show isaac threw his guitar pick. i ligit dove on to the floor to get it, skinned my knee, but i GOT it!!! and THAT concluded the best night of my life. seriously, i havent had so much fun in i cant remember how long.
Sunday we dragged our asses to boston and went on the duck tours, so much fun! then we did the sky walk at the prudential center, which had such amazing views! Then walked all the way from the prudential center to the north end. thanks to caitlin and he patience and stellar map reading skills we made it to dinner at fiore in the north end. the food was AMAZING! i love the north end we ate, drank and laughed. We stayed up way too late that night and had so much fun.
Monday we went shopping in providence and then got tattoos!! Yes i got a hanson tattoo. its really cute. Im glad i did it with caitlin. We have been friends for so long and this is just something so special that we will always have and will always remind us of each other.
Tuesday was caitlins last day. we slept in a bit drove to marshfeild and went to the general store steve Carrel owns and then dropped Caitlin off @ logan. I was sad to see her go but glad for all the memories we made. I couldnt have asked for a better mini vacation and cant wait to hang out with caitlin again.

And God said HAHA AMY
Whenever i look forward to things in my life i always get let down. This is a big part of the reason i look forward to very little. I am always an expect the worst kind of person. because the worst is 90% of the time what happens for me. I never let ppl close to me cuz i am always getting hurt. every major event in my life, no matter how much fun i have, something doesnt go right. i try to roll with the punches. i always put on a happy face and let ppl stab me in the face. u win universe. u win. i except the fact that nothing will ever go my way, ever.

Disney (less than a month later!)
I have been wanting to blog about Disney for a while now, but every time i go to something else catches my attention. I swear the older i get the more i develop A-d-d.
So Anyways, our Disney trip was so perfect and i am SO sad thinking that its all over and we have to wait at least another year before we can go back. we left bright and early sunday morning to catch a 6am flight! We thought we would have a nice hastle free trip to logan by printing out our boarding passes on Saturday. Of course Jet blue was having some issue with their system and we were unable to. So needless to say i spent most of sat night worrying about whether or not we would actually be able to get on the plane. All the worrying was for absolutely nothing. The woman @ the jet blue counter informed us that the comp system they use is a POS and it doesnt work very well (boy can i relate!) So we get thru security and had about 2 hrs to kill. I hate flying, a lot, so i was a big ball of nerves and excitement. Once we got on the plane and were in the air for a bit i felt a lot better. (the Roseanne marathon on TVLand helped). We arrived in orlando around 9am and it was hot and humid (JUST how i love it). I had hired a car (for 60 bucks) to come pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel. The previous night they had called to inform me that we were being upgraded from the rinky dink 60 dollar sedan to a STRETCHED HUMMER. (which i looked up and is over 400 buck!) This was the start of what would be the most amazing trip ever. The hummer was ridiculous and we got looks the whole ride there. I felt way too important when we got to our hotel. We had told our vacation planner over the phone that we would be celebrating our honeymoon (which really wasnt TOO big of a lie, i mean technically we never did go on a honeymoon...) so when we checked in we got 'just married pins'. After we checked in and threw our bags in the room we ran out and went right to Animal Kingdom. First ride of the day was expedition Everest. Best. ride. ever. It was a great way to kick off the day. next we hit up the dinosaurs ride and the water rapids ride (where there was a 2 hr wait and the fast pass guy just let us go thru the line because we were just married!) we did the walking safaris (skipped the actual safari since we had done that last time we were there). We stayed there till around dinner time and we headed back to teh hotel. Dan had ordered the 'ears to the bride and groom package' which gave me my bride Minnie ears. which is all i ever really wanted! It also came with some cheese and crackers and a bottle of champagne (which we promptly spilled all over everything!) So we relaxed on our patio with a glass of champagne and then went down to the hotel bar. For dinner we ordered nachos and dan got a beer and i got a drink with a strobe ice cube in it (that i got to keep!) After that we hopped a boat over to the magic kingdom that was open till 1am our first night. Here we caught the fireworks, went on splash mountain, thunder mountain, haunted mansion, pirates of the Caribbean, Tea cups (where dan did not get sick this time!) and bought 13 dollar sunblock! To say magic kingdom after dark is incredible would be a huge understatement. the castle all lit up, the lights, the fireworks, the less crowdedness! it was perfect. We finally called it a night around midnight and went back to the room and passed the heck out. i honestly have no idea how we stayed up that late on such little sleep.
Day 2. We headed to epcot first thing in the morning. i was really looking fwd to epcot this trip because this is the first disney trip since turning 21 and i was looking forward to drinking around the world. It was also Epcots flower festival and i was REALLY looking forward to seeing that. In the morning we went on Soarin', a ride whose name i cant rmeber but took u thru disneys eco farm, Saw a jim cantore ride (txt my cajun to tell her next time shes there she can ride jim), test track, finding nemo, a nice walk through the nemo aquarium, and then walked through all the pavilions. We were starving and we are picky, so we ate at the America pavilion and drank beer in Germany, Sake in Japan, and more beer in England. In England 'the hat lady' sang us 'just married' song. It was nice and embarrassing all at the same time. After a long day in the hot sun (and a lot of beer) we headed back to the room. We chilled again on the patio with some cheese and crackers and fed the ducks. After that we headed to downtown disney for some shopping and i had hoped a balloon ride. It was too windy that night for the ride so i was a little bummed. but i did manage to spend a good chunk of change @ the stores, so all was not lost. After that we were absolutely SPENT and headed back to the hotel to pass out.
Day 3. Hollywood studios. Not my fav park. we went on the great movie ride, the back lot tours, saw Indiana Jones, and went on some star wars ride. We also went on a toy story ride that 2 nice people gave us their sold out fast passes for. That was probably the most fun i had in that park. Dan won the game, but i had more accuracy so thats that! After hollywood studios we came back to the hotel and had a few hours to kill before the Luau @ the Polynesian hotel. we puttered around our hotel and took some photos and sat on the hotel beach for a while. This was our last night, so i was starting to get sad already :( We headed to the Polynesian for the 8pm Luau and had so much fun. the food wasnt great because it was a lot of meat on bones (which i do not eat) so i really had a hard time getting over the fact that there were animal parts on my plate, even after 3 glasses of wine! The show, however, was amazing! we got called up to dance for our honeymoon, which was just a lot of fun. The night was a perfect last night! Again completely beat, we went back to the hotel and passed out.
Day 4. Our last day. We took the first boat over to the magic kindgdom and had breakfast on Main street usa and did even MORE shopping. (ps- we had already mailed back TWO boxes of souvenirs... yes i have a shopping problem!!) after about an hour we headed back to the room, gathered up our stuff and went to the lobby to pout and wait for our car to come. The car came and picked us up and dan loves to talk to people, so we spent the whole car ride talking to our driver. and of COURSE he also used to work in TV so dan just HAD to tell him i work in Tv. So i couldnt even pout the whole way to the airport. Orlandos airport sucks compared to logan. It was confusing and busy. once we got thru security (where i sliced my hand on my bracelet since they made me take it off) i sat and read for 2 hrs. we got on the plane, i was exhausted. All the not sleeping had finally caught up with me. The rise home i had a short attention span and watched about 16 shows in 2.5 hrs. We got off the plane at logan and it was cold and raining. It matched how i was feeling perfectly.
Disney was so much fun. i'm so glad we went and i cant wait to go back. Luckily i took enuff pictures to hold me over till next time :)

better
It started last friday, when i finally got out and enjoyed the nice weather. i realized that i have been a complete shithead for months. Between work stress and just being in a rut i have been miserable. I decided that i really just need to stop sweating the small stuff and get back to being myself. the person who, deep down, is happy go lucky. I have never been a downer, but over the past few months i havent been able to get out of my own way. This past weekend was a perfect rejuvenation for me. the weather was nice and i was able to just relax and enjoy my life again... So far this week has been fine. the weather isnt great, but u know what? its ok! i havent wanted to off myself, i havent complained really and best of all tomorrow is my birthday! i will NOT spent my 27th year as miserable as i spent my 26th. Heres to a new year of me, getting back to loving life and being happy! :)

Breakaway
Every once in a while i get into these moods. i really can not describe it. Its like i want to put on my pjs, pull the covers over my head and forget that anyone even exists. im currently smack in the middle of one of these moods. Theres no real reason for it. The sun is shining, work has been fine. But EVERY little thing is bothering me. Little things that i normally would find funny are hurting my feelings. Songs that i ussually love are making me want to cry. i cant stand being like this. I hate being on the verge of tears all day. i hate that people think they are being funny, and they are really hurting my feelings. I hate how personal i take things. My entire day has just been a little off. I think it started last night, when i couldnt get to sleep. Maybe i am just over tired. Maybe im bored with my life. I just do not know. I hope i am not like this much longer. I really hate myself in this mood.

yup
Yea, im really not good at staying with this. i have no reason why, i just forget about this i guess. Since we last spoke dan and i have planned and booked, what i guess will be our official honeymoon since we really never did have that nice get away after the wedding (im shocked it only took 2.5 yrs!) So its off to Disney we go in about 2 months. I'm really excited to go, i love Disney and i am in desperate need of getting away from this place (this state). Life has not been terrible. its had its moments, but its march and as far as im concerned the winter is over. Works been work. not god awful tho. My jaw is better(ish). Still hurts when i open my mouth too wide, but at least i can chew with out being brought to tears. Which i think will be as good as it gets.
I will really try to stay with this damn blog. Maybe now that i have my spark back in my life, i will be more motivated to actually write in here.

Stress
I am a worrier. I always have been. When i was growing up i worried about school, friends, enemies, everything. As i got older i added work and men into the mix. Now at a ripe old age of 26 all i do is stress out about everything. I stress about our house, our jobs, families. When i am at work im stressed about work. when im home, im stressed. I just never can relax. Finally all this stressing and being on edge has caught up with me. A few fridays ago i had finished an extremely stressful week @ work. I woke up on saturday and my jaw hurt. I really didnt think much of it and kind of just ignored it and hoped it would go away ( like i tend to do). The next week at work was even worse and home was getting the better half of me. At this point my jaw is feeling worse. i couldnt chew, yawn, brush my teeth, anything, with out being in excruciating pain. I made an appointment with the dentist and it turns out i have TMJ caused by stress! AWESOME! his remedy 'take a vacation'. Which honestly i could use and sounds delightful, but even on vacation i stress about being in a new place and getting everything i want to done. Last night i tried to just shut my brain off when i went to sleep, but ive had so much on my mind thats really just impossible. Work has not been stressful at all this week so that helps. I just need to learn to relax, not let everything get to me so much, and how to just let things happen.

Nice Long weekend
So the past few weekends dan and i have been really busy. We went to the Legends Classic Hockey game at Fenway and the following weekend we went to the Hot Stove Cool Music charity concert at the house of blues and saw Bronson Arroyo and Tinted windows. Both events were a lot of fun and i was glad to have something fun and different to do on the weekend. My work days have been extremely busy, and this past week absolutely kicked my ass. By the time i got home on friday night (at around 8pm) i really just wanted to pull the covers over my head and not leave the house for a week. Luckily i had a lot to do on saturday so i got my ass out of bed and did not let work defeat me! The weather was nice(for January) so i went to the farm stand and got some fresh ingredients came home and made a nice lasagna. I summonsed my inner Italian and made a freeking delicious meal. Eric and Nicole came over and we played some board games and ate my dinner, complete with a salad AND bread! (who needs olive garden?) The meal was a big success and i was really happy everyone loved it. Now of course because i summonsed my inner Italian, we have a ton of left overs. as a matter of fact thats all thats in our fridge right now, left overs. Which i love!
Sunday was a little more laid back. My dad came over and helped me put up the last 2 doors in the hallway so now that is one project that i can check off my list.
Today i'm off from work and its crappy outside. Its 1130 and im still in my pajamas watching the price is right. I'd say this is the perfect way to end my relaxing weekend!

Year in review
This blog is really becoming monthly. Now that the holidays are over i will write more!
Im not one to make resolutions, i never have. I feel like I'm just setting myself up to fail. Instead i take the new year as a time to look back and see what i have accomplished during the past year. 2009 was a strange one for me. I spent a majority of the year worrying about getting laid off. The year ended with work being so busy i spent most nights in tears. I accomplished nothing major during the year and by the end of it found my self in a bit of a funk. I found out everyone at my job thinks i am a slut who sleeps around. I lost a coworker i hated more than anything and gained a new one who i love! My home life has been great and i can not complain about my friends, family and home. I am very lucky in those areas. Overall my year just was. I can't pinpoint anything great about it or anything horrendous and i guess thats a pretty good thing...
This year i hope to not get laid off and to get out of this life funk i have found myself in for about a year. i really dont think thats too much to ask for...

The Worst!
I have been so busy i have completely neglected everything in my life, including this blog... Work has been crazy busy and thats seriously all i have done for three months. Things there are finally starting to calm down just in time for christmas! i can not believe that christmas is in 2 weeks and im hardly done with my shopping. I attempted to brave the retail world today but quickly got agitated and discouraged. So here i am with my credit card on my lap online shopping. I dont care how much shipping cost, sitting in traffic just to get to a store, and then fighting and pushing throw crowds of people in huge winter jackets and THEN standing in line for 15 mins is NOT working out for me. I think i have most of my big shopping done its just littel stuff i need to get which in my opinion is the worst. Tonight we are going to check out the enchanted village, which should be a lot of fun (i hope) and then hopefully we will get to do some other fun christmas things. This is my favorite time of year, i just hope this year i get to enjoy it.

How could i forget ur touch ur warm embrace
So its been one week since i was mmmburned and i am feeling 10000% better. When nicole and i got to the show it was very apparent that Taylor had the flu. he could hardly sing, so all was forgiven! The show was great they played tons of old stuff and some new stuff and i loved every min of it. Songs off the middle of nowhere cd make me feel like im 14 again and it immediately brings back that giddy groupie love that i have for them. Ive seen hanson live about a dozen times, and it always makes me so happy. So hanson, i am sorry i was so mad @ u this time last week. Thank u for making me who i am today. Thanks for growing up with me and being such a huge part of my life, but most of all thank u for never losing touch with the musicians you are. For years i dealt with the stigma that came from being a hanson fan, but i am so glad i stuck it out. Everyone needs someone/thing they are passionate about and as dorky as u think this makes me, hanson is my passion. I may not be as crazy as i was when i was in high school, but the hanson love is still there. When ever i start to think that i might be growing out of them, they come right back and suck me in. Last weeks show was a stark remind of this. The feeling, the thrill and the joy of hearing and seeing them live, whether im 15 or 26, never changes. And that is why hanson will *always* be my passion.

mmmBurned!
So tonight im seeing hanson live for the 10th or so time. Im not as excited this year as i was last year, mostly because of the bad timing of the show. It comes smack in the middle of my 2nd 50 hour work week, and its cold out =(. Last night i was innocently watching the news and i was just about to hit the power button on the tv and crawl into bed but for some reason i hesitated and waited. The promo for the morning news was on and thats when it happened 'and 90s pop group hanson live in studio!!' i screamed like a 14 year old girl. i was so excited. i called caitlin we picked out and outfit and i was so ready to meet hanson and tell them how much of a fan i am. i set not one, but 2 alarms, just in case the first one didnt go off. I got up before the SUN! when i left this morning everything was falling into place and going just a little too well. i was at my desk around 7 and on the phone with caitlin squealing about how nervous i was. some time passed and at around 740 i was getting antsy. i hadnt heard anyone mention anything on the news about them coming in. So i walked to the news room and asked our helicopter guy if i had *gasp* missed them! he might as well have punched me square in the jaw! they CANCELLED.. i cant even tell u the mix of emotions i felt. i went from what was squaring out to be the single best day of my life, so what will now forever be known as the absolute worst day of my life. I dunno why am am so shocked, these good things never happen to me. i knew something was going to go wrong. i KNEW it. I mean i know i should be thankful i met them 9 years ago (holy shit im getting old) but its just not the same. And then it makes me question the band. They have always had this indy band feel and they always seemed like they were good guys. But this is just so 'eh im a rock star i dont give a fuck' it makes me sick. Is this how they treat there fans? i cant be the only person who was looking fwd to this. i mean they had a commitment, and they just broke it, for no real good reason and i am hurt and confused but the whole ordeal. Now i wont be able to enjoy tonight because im beyond mad @ them AND i got 4 hrs of sleep. EF MY LIFE
So now i sit here, im beyond tired, i feel like i have been punched in the face and i still have to go into boston for the show tonight, that is if i make it through the day...

The only difference
It has been about one month since my nightmare of a coworker left. Let me tell u. It has made the world of difference in my life! I knew i hated her, but i never realized how much. Every interaction i had with her was forced. When others were in our office i seriously had to force my self to be nice to her. It was exhausting! So now, about 4 weeks later, i have a new coworker. I love her. Shes smart and professional. i have no problems chatting with her. I dont end my days completely drained and start them enraged. My life has had a complete turn around. I have never ever had someone have such a negative affect on my life and them not even know it. She still has tried to be friendly with me, but after the whole rumor drama with her, i do not have it in me to pretend. So good bye black cloud in my life. Back to being my happy, bubbly self :)

So long summer
so in about 3 hours fall begins. I am so sad to see summer go. I love the warm weather and all the fun summer activities. I dont hate fall, but i hate what fall leads to. Overall i had a good summer. Nothing exciting happened and i did manage to keep myself out of trouble. I spent most of the summer in some weird funk, but i dont think it ruined the entire season. So now i have the fall activities to look forward to... Apple picking, spiced apple martini's, pumpkin everything and Halloween! I hope that fall brings me happiness and less drama. So good bye summer, as always, u have gone too soon!

Talk Talkin alot But its Still Talk...
First, i would like to apologize to the 2 ppl that read this blog. Life has been crazy the past few weeks and i think just now things r starting to get back to normal.
Now on to todays rant! My coworker and i used to be pretty good work friends. We were not besties or anything, but i would say we were close enough to go out at lunch together, shop, etc. Over the past few years we have grown apart (100% my doing). I just grew tired of her childish ways and how loud and obnoxious she was about everything. As far as she was concerned i was her 'girl' and she 'had my back' Last week was her last week being my coworker and i was happy to be done with her. I never planned on cutting her out of my life for ever. but i figured she would email me from time to time and i would have occasional, civil contact with her. I knew she was far too dense to know how much i hated her while we worked together. This week work was going great! i didnt have to listen to endless phone conversations, i was able to keep my music on as loud as i wanted and i was in a great mood! Fast forward to Wednesday afternoon when i get an email from her. I didnt really think anything of it at first, i skimmed it real quick cuz i was busy and planned on emailing her back something very vague and cordial. Until i get to the last paragraph. She drops a bombshell on me! She tells me about this rumor going around about me and how 'everyone' is talking about said rumor. I wont get into the rumor on here, but it is a pretty big rumor, the kind that if it was going around about u, u would hope someone would clue u into the fact. She proceeds to tell me that people would ask her 'all the time' and she would deny the rumor for me, cuz again, i am her 'girl'. She didnt want to TELL me about the rumor because it would have been AWKWARD because we sat next to each other. WHAT.THE.FUCK. seriously?! i THOUGHT friends would tell each other these things. Regardless if u thought the rumor was true or not, someone ANYONE should have said to me 'hey amy i know its none of my business, but i thought u had the right to know.' really? not ONE SINGLE PERSON. No one thought they would be nice and just effing HINT that people were saying SHIT about me. I dont care what people choose to believe, i just wish someone would have told me so i could have defended myself. Now i fear its too late. Everywhere i walk around work i wonder 'did they hear?' or 'what are they thinking about me' i think about conversations ive had with coworkers that at the time seemed very random, could they have been misconstrued? I know people are going to think and say what they want, hell if it was about someone else i'd be all over this rumor. But its different when its about you. But whatever. its over, its going around, and people have formed their opinions about me already and theres no changing their minds at this point and i mean i guess its not even the rumor i care so much about. Its these so called 'friends' who just fucking talked about me and 'knew' these things about me and never once told me or hinted to me. No matter how weird it would have made things, if someone was a real, true, genuine friend they would have told me because i had the right to know and thats what friends do...
So as i sit here on a friday night listening to my zune and blogging, i am completely emotionally drained. I think i felt every emotion possible in the past 3 days. I'm glad for the 3 day weekend to finally be here. And i am glad to have learned what kind of a 'good friend' this person is. I just want to know when people will ever grow up and why people care so much about my life??

summer time...
A lot has happened since i last wrote. ( i am the WORST at keeping up with this!)
Last week i had some time off, and it was much needed. We went to the Blink 182 show and it was such a good time. I have LOVED blink as long as i can remember ( i think even before hanson!!)! I have been looking forward to this show since they announced their come back @ the Grammys in February! The hype did not disappoint. It was prob the best blink show i have seen and it was great to hear every old song that i have grown up loving. Towards the end of the show i got a little nostalgic and realized that this was probably the last time i will see them live, because i honestly do not think they will stay together (even for the kids -ha see what i did there, yes lame blink song joke, sigh-). But it was great rocking out like i was 14 again.
The rest of that weekend was filled with sports. Rox game-terrible, WAY too many children which made me realize if @ 26 im not ready to deal with them, perhaps i never will. Revs game- Tons of fun. it was nice, inexpensive and something different to do. Sunday we had a cookout @ nicole and erics, which was a lo of fun too!
Monday dan and i decided to be adventurous and go to a new beach. we went to Dennis. the beach was nice, and we had an awesome time! there wasnt much else to do in town (imo) so we headed home and got some drinks closer to home. Tuesday we chilled @ home and now im back @ work!
All in all my vacation was really nice, we didnt go anywhere Fancy, but thats just fine by me. I got to spend time with friends and family and just relax.

A kiss to send us off...
This weekend Dan and i went to the Incubus show. It was JUST what i needed. I can not even remember the last time i had that much fun. To me, there is nothing like a live show. We had great seats and the band put on a great show! i would def say it was one of the best shows i have been to ever! Of course the night was going to well, so something had to go wrong. We lost the car!! we found it after 20 mins of frantically searching12 lots!! lol but all was well once we found the focus! we then sat in traffic to get out of the lot for what seemed like forever. But it was ok because we had so much fun, and i drive like an aggressive a-hole, so i was able to get us out in pretty good time ;) The show was pretty much a kick off to a busy month of events! im excited for the next show, Blink 182, which is on thursday and im sure will be just as much fun. Im slowly starting to get out of my life funk and back to being my happy self. Having time off and things to do during the time off is really helping alot. So heres to a great month of summer fun!
