free stuff is my favorite! today we got world series hats, and although i can not WEAR hats, its still free and i love it!
So i bought these red shoes a while ago and wore them for the first time yesterday and i LOVE THEM. i got sooo many compliments on them!! even a morning news anchor came in and fussed over them! (mean while u know her shoes r probably 500 bucks!).
I have been trying to eat really healthy during the day and i think it caught up to me today. around 1 i felt super light headed and my stomach was growling something crazy! that'll teach me to be healthy!
today is halloween! i hope we dont get a ton of treaters. I want to eat the candy! haha. i need to get Bindi to stay in her costume too! hopefully i can just get like 1 or 2 good pix of her in it!
I decided monday that im tired of being taken advantage of here in this lovely traffic office so i made my sticker fixer appointment for friday afternoon, meaning I HAVE to leave early. Dan and i decided to take that rain check date from a few weeks ago, this friday since i'll b home around 330! =0) this weekend seems like its shaping out pretty well, dan and i have a date friday. Nicole and are are gonna do christmas decor shopping sat. and im gonna use sunday as a catch up/cleaning day! =)

so friday was pretty much my worst day @ fox ever. i think i cried for the first like 4 hrs i was here. its been a bad few days actually. i fucked something up here, my sallie mae account is all fucked up, and my car failed inspection on saturday. i spent 160 dollars on tires so i can get rid of the stupid Red R sticker on my windshield. its just been bad.
yesterday we carved pumpkins. mine came out really good =) i need to go get battery tea lights .
today has been long, lots of stupid things being a giant pain in my butt.

So game one was last night and work was nuts! i can not believe how crazy people get about their commercials that air for thirty friggin seconds (most of which are used to A- get more beer, B- pee from drinking too much of that beer or c- check on another program you would like to watch!) But anyways, with out these people i would have no job.
Anyways, next week is Halloween. I'm not even feeling in the halloween spirit! i think its cuz its like 50s, not very octoberish. Global warming's a bitch man. As much as i hate the cold, i hope Christmas isn't like this. I can not go christmas shopping in the low 50s! i just can't! Speaking of christmas, i can't wait to start doing cristmas things! Anyways, i need to find a costume for bindi. I think dan and i are gonna go to petco and see if we can find her something, not like it matters cuz she prob wont wear it.
Last night while we were watching the game we had kicked the dog out of the living room cuz she digs at the couch cushions and we really have no other way of stopping her. well after we kicked her out we fell asleep on the couch. We woke up a little later and she had RIPPED HER BED into 1000 pieces! there was foam EVERYWHERE. stupid dog. So she has proven that she is NOT getting a bed, and i do NOT feel bad about it!

Dans weekends off are always so much fun, which makes them go by way too fast. Friday night we were supposed to do a dinner and a movie, but work was crazy and i was late, so we just did subs and hung out, which was JUST as fun =0)
Saturday morning dan and i went apple picking. we got a little lost on the back roads, but we managed! and it was a lot of fun! We got TONS of apples and i got 3 gords =0) We came home and kinda puttered around doing saturday things such as laundry and groceries. Then at night we went and watched the game @ nicole and erics. we were all tired, but it was still a good time. Yesterday we had planned on just vegging out, which we more or less did. Dan made me breakfast in bed and then we watched csi, lol. dan power washed the house and i made apple pie from scratch! and it even came out really good! My dad let me borrow a little pie cut out thing so the top crust had little apple cuts outs all over it. hehe! I was so surprized with my self! oh and on saturday i made london broil! that came out REALLY good too! im getting good @ this cooking crap! But anyways last night we watched transformers and then we stayed up til 1am watching the red sox celebration, so needless to say im wicked tired. we're trying to figure out what to do next sat. Lovern has her jewelry party which i really dont want to go to or spend money on cuz i only wear like my every day jewelry so its pretty much wasteful to spend money on... and besides, i want to spend time with dan. i spend half my weekends bored out of my mind and sad w/ nothing to do. then when i start making plans like 1 million things come up. arg!

So yesterday Dan and my brother were in conspiring against me! lol. Ian Sent me a msg saying that Trans-Siberian Orchestra tix were sold out.... i was like u dont like TSO. and he responded that his Gf wanted them. I thought that was weird seeing how his Gfs dad works for Ticket master! so then a few mins go by and dan txt me. Its pix of tickets to the TSO!! at first i thought that they were someone else's tix so i was like why is he sending them? then he explained to me that he got them for us as a surprise!! Normally i hate surprises, but this was a great one!! Im so excited for it! Its Nov 10th @ the DCU center, so we're prob gonna go o eat before hand too. It should be a lot of fun, we've been wanting to go for a few years now but we never get around to it. and its the perfect time to kick off the holiday season! =)
In other news, dan and i are going apple picking saturday and then i think im gonna make an apple crisp (arent we just sickening lately? lol)

me & my big mouth

Sometimes i speak my mind too much and it gets me in to trouble. Sometimes i speak my mind to others and it gets THEM into trouble. When will i learn not to express my opinions to others and just keep my thoughts and feelings to my self? You would think after 24 years of my mouth getting me into trouble i would have learned by now.... but i have not! Maybe sometimes i'm too sensitive and i shouldnt let things bother me. That would help with my big mouth. Maybe i'm too nice to people. Maybe i give too many people the benefit of the doubt. Whatever it is, I always seem to be regretting things i said, thoughts/feelings i have shared or confiding in someone i think i can trust. This year has been a lot of first for me... My first time on my own, my first puppy, and my first time (and only!!!) getting married. I think this year should also be the first time that i learn to shut my trap and not get involved in things. I need a switch to just shut my feelings off. I care too much about people to do this, especially when someone is doing something to hurt the ones i love. I will just continue to let others badger my self worth and make me feel bad about myself. I obviously am not worth it to some people. My whole life i have been told i am not good enough, pretty enough, etc. When i am finally old enough and strong enough to prove people wrong some one has to come by and slash me right back in my place and remind me that i will always be the ugly, fat, worthless little girl i am destined to be. But from now on i am a new Amy. No more opinions. No more comments. No more worrying about everyone else. Nope, not anymore. The new Amy is keeping to herself. I will be a quiet little, ugly, worthless thing that keeps her thoughts to herself.

weekend fun!

So this weekend was really good! Friday it was so nice to just relax and watch the game after a LONG week at work. Saturday i slept in and then didnt even put make up on all day! i stayed in and cleaned and vacuumed. It was really nice. Sunday was the making strides against breast cancer walk! We got up @ 5am! and but the time we got our team rounded up and got to providnce it was almost 8! we got there and registered and started the walk. It was really cold when we got there but as we walked it got really hot. And my mom made all the girls pink ribbon fleece scarves. They were really cool and everyone commented on them! But yea, it took us a little over an hr and we were home by 930!! The rest of the day dan and i hung out. we put the storm windows in and we went to the mall, i got TWO new pairs of shoes, we got some christmas ornaments and we got some new fish!! We also finally finished our wedding album, SO yeey! lol. After that the football game was on and dan watched that and i made dinner and read. i finally passed out @ 930 (i was so tired and i still am!) We realized yesterday that if we were morning people, we would be way more productive! Also last night i realized that i cant make pudding on the stove, HOW did u FUCK that UP? lol =0(
This morning i made miss bindi her Spaying appointment. She will be going under the knife 11/15 =0(

work

Has been out of control. Yesterday there was a major glitch in the system we use and all spots were erased. Thankfully we were able to (after running around from 9am til 6pm in 4 inch heels!) find most of them. And thankfully agencies skanks were mostly cooperative! (it also helps that i mention that there spots will not air in the playoffs!) haha. Anyways, On top of that its been nuts with the playoffs. I love the red sox, but is it November yet!? lol.
Everything else has been good i guess, regular life has been boring. The week did go by quite fast, so thats always a good thing. I plan on doing nothing tomorrow except cleaning. I def need it!!

playoffs

So its finally happened, Crazy playoff season @ work has begun! Its ok, its def making the day go by quickly! so its not so bad. And today my boss invited me to come with her to some conference call @ 4 (im the only one she asked :))

So theres very little that actually BOTHERS me like badly. But one of those things is people who are always like taking. For example, people who are always throwing partys that u have to buy something at, and the house warmings, and vow renewals. Its too much. These things were all with in months of each other. And then i ask said person for a sponsorship and she gave and said 'i wish i could give more' But i have to shell out all sorts of money on material items for her. And then when i say that im unsure if im attend to the latest extravaganza, she gets upset.... Whatever. I know its party of working in an office, but theres only so much money i can donate, i have a house and things going on in my life too. Oh well, some people are just selfish like that i guess.

Anwways, back to the grind of red sox playoffs! woot.

This weekend i think i spent like a zillion dollars on clothes. I really do have a problem! it was a lot of fun though, and i have a nice new fall wardrobe! yey!
Work has been quiet the past 2 days, but the playoffs start friday, so its only a matter of time before it gets crazy here.
i really have nothing to write about. Im sitting here working on weekend work stuff and waiting to go get my lunch.
This weekend is the breast cancer walk, Ive raise $240! goo me! Its 4 miles, and it looks to e about 50* on sunday, so it shouldnt be too bad.
well, Im gonna go find something to do, since i really have nothing exciting to talk about =0)

life

So Frantic emails and txts from Caitlin last night informed me that isaac hanson was hospitalized with a serious condition.. this makes me sad. Granted i've more or less outgrown my obsession with them, but still, they were such a huge part of my pathetic high school life. I spent countless hours trying to win contests, and waiting in line for tickets. It was pretty damn sad. lol. When i met them, i cried. lol. They're great memories and great stories. like how i saw them 3 nights in a row in the middle of finals! or how i slammed my finger in a door on my way to the concert and prob should have gone to the hospital, since i still get numbness in. But instead we stood outside the Orpheum and for 5 hrs, flirted with the webmaster, met their siblings, and were 5 rows back Close enuff to throw our glow-sticks at them! haha. They recently put out a cd, i bought it and listened to it. But it was at that point i realized that i did not cut work (as i had cut school many times before) to get the cd.. as a matter of fact i think it was a week old when i got it. Anyways, point is, ive grown, but i still care! So get well soon Isaac Hanson!

I admit it. I'm a total slave to fashion. Every year i have to have this and that, and then the following year, i no longer wear them and always go back to my basics. This year i want Black polka dot shoes. These have seriously over taken my LIFE. i spent the first few hours of work today track them down. I finally broke down and ordered them online! I seriously don't know what my problem is. Like i get obsessed with these things and i NEED them. I suppose there's worse things in life that i could be obsessed with. haha. And really when i put on my cute, trendy clothes i feel great! today im in all black with a big black belt around the waist and peep toe shoes with a cork sole and i have a wide pink leopard headband on. and i look supper cute! haha. whats my problem, really? i need help!!!

weekend stuff

The weekend really gets shorter every single week! Ugh! Friday night Nicole and i went out while our boys were dorks. We decided to go to Unos and thy said it was a 15 min wait. We sat ouside for 45 mins! Friggin liars. So by the time we sat down and got dinner it was almost 8pm! We ate and then went across the street to target. We shopped for clothes and stuff and then i wanted to get these shoes i have been stalking online. They DIDNT HAVE THEM =0( i was so upset. Nicole fell in love with some shoes there, but they didnt have her size... needless to say, we were disappointed! we left the store and it was 930, so of course everything else is closed by now. I called dan to see if he was ok staying out a little longer and he was, so Nic and I went to the bar and watched the red sox like a bunch of dudes. lol.

Saturday i went and got Halloween decor! my house is so cute now! i got little fake pumpkins for the mantel and some fall flowers. i also got a little wind thing to hang outside. I didnt tell dan, i wanted it to be a surprise! When he got home @ 8 he was like wow! lol.

So yesterday i realized that as much as i would LOVE to stay home and watch tv all day, i couldnt do it. The house was pretty clean, and there was nothing to do. I was ready to go out of my mind with boredom. I need a sense of purpose in my life i guess! lol. So when dan got home @ 4, i was still sweating these stupid shoes from target and i found out that there was a nice new target a few towns over! So we went there, and they did not have them either! WHAT THE HELL. so since we were out we decided to go on a little ride, which i LOVE going for drives in places that i dont ever see. we ended up in foxboro, which was funny, since i didnt realize how close we were!! haha. Ps, i got home and realized there were TWO targets in the neighborhood we were in! so im gonna call and c if THEY have the shoes! fucking bitches! lol.

So now its monday, 5 more days till another boring weekend is upon us! and i can NOT wait! My last weekend for a while with nothing to do, so i guess i will enjoy it!
