Monday Morning Came too Soon...

i could not have asked for a better mini vacation. The weather was perfect!

On Thursday we went to Falmouth where we spent the morning at the beach reading, tanning, and listening to music. After that we ventured back to the center of town and went shopping and had lunch @ Liam Maguires. It was a perfect relaxing beach day.

On Friday, we went into Boston to the Museum of Science. They had a baseball exhibit that was pretty cool then we puttered around the rest of the museum for a little while. After that we went to eat at at Boston Beer Work where i got this delicious watermelon beer. While we were there a bruins player was there and dan turned 5 years old. Needless to say dan went and got a pic and an autograph with him. I hope he didnt mind! lol.

Saurday's weather was less than perfect during the day. It was cloudy so i used this day to kind of catch up on house work. Then, since i am the worlds greatest wife, I wen to Dropkick Murphys with dan. My new favorite thing to do is watch drunk people while i am stone cold sober. It was at McCoy stadium and ppl were having SUCH a hard time walking up and down the stairs. It was so funny to watch ppl fall or try not to fall with 2 beers in their hand. lol. The show wasnt terrible. I had a good time. (cuz im fun!) lol

Sunday was another sunny day so i parked it at my parents pool with a book and some music. Then i came home, made a macaroni salad and dan grilled.

All in all i had a great mini vacation! I was so sad to see it end. Now im back at work, where it is a tad busy and i wish i was back in bed!!!
